What is Cloud Computing? 

At its most basic level, the technology allows companies to store data and access documents from outside the office.  Because the storage and software is hosted by the carrier, it also allows businesses a way to increase capacity or add capabilities on the fly without investing in new infrastructure, training new personnel, or licensing new software.
